www.powells.com: An independent bookstore located in Portland, Oregon with a huge collection of new and used books. If you can’t find it at Powell’s, it probably doesn’t deserve to be read! If you’re looking for signed editions of your favorite books, this is the place to start.

www.barnesandnoble.com: No need to tell you who or what this website is. If you love books and you’re in a hurry, they probably have it.

www.booksense.com The website shared by many, many independent bookstores across the US, including notable giants like Tattered Cover in Denver, CO and Ruminator in St. Paul, MN. A trip to Tattered Cover is worth the drive to Denver. (See also www.tatteredcover.com for a direct link to this legend in the book business).

www.mcnallyrobinson.com A fine independent chain headquartered in Winnipeg, with stores in Saskatoon and Calgary as well. Nice atmosphere, fantastic selection of Canadian authors, plus great Canadian hospitality. Stop in and visit their Grant or Portage stores whenever you are in Winnipeg.

www.amazon.com   The biggie. They carry everything from socks and underwear to James Joyce. They don’t carry a lot of CRP stock but they usually have a copy or two on hand.

        www.chapters.indigo.ca Canada's largest chain bookstore, including Chapters, Indigo, Coles, and other brand names. CRP products are supplied to the online and retail stores of Chapters-Indigo through Hushion House of Toronto. If you're in Thunder Bay, check out the wonderful Chapters store there.
